Wandsworth.
The Care Home Inreach Therapy Service serves 14 nursing and residential homes across Wandsworth. The team consist of a
Physiotherapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Speech and Language Therapist, a Dietitian and a Dietetic Assistant.
