About the Role
A Vacancy at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
The Virtual Hospital at West Herts comprises of collaboration between West Herts and our community partners at CLCH. The
purpose of the virtual hospital is to treat acutely unwell patients in the comfort of their own place of residence, by
remotely monitoring them and providing home visits where necessary. Our vision is to support the patient’s journey in a
way that improves overall patient experience whilst also improving bed flow in the acute wards by preventing admission
and supporting early discharge.
