About the Role

Birmingham Wheelchair Service is seeking a full-time Band 4 Wheelchair Service Assistant Practitioner. This role involves assessing and adjusting wheelchair equipment, delivering training, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and equipment handovers.
• Adjust wheelchair equipment to meet clinical needs.
• Collaborate with therapists and engineers.
• Deliver training on equipment use.
• Independently transport equipment across the city.
