About the Role

Applications are invited from dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals or Social

Workers to join the Adult Learning Disabilities Community Living service as Band 5 Team Leader on the beautiful Island

of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.

Reporting to the Band 6 Deputy Manager, you provide and oversee the care and support for Service Users with complex

Learning Disabilities in their own homes and in the community, leading and motivating the Band 3 and Band 4 Support

Workers in your team.
