We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to take up a band 5 Occupational Therapist (OT) role within dementia and

frailty service at Sage Ward Juniper Centre. This is a 18 month maternity cover.

You will be based on Sage ward which is a 17 bedded male dementia ward, working as a key member of that team where you

will manage, develop and deliver occupational therapy (OT) provision to a designated caseload. You will focus on

occupational performance, complex mental health presentations, risk management and evaluating outcomes aligned to
