Band 5 Radiographer
About the Role
Clinical or technical To rotate around all general radiographic areas; in-patient, out-patient, dental, fluoroscopy,
theatre and mobiles, A&E and fracture clinic. To demonstrate the skill, knowledge and understanding necessary to carry
out and obtain the appropriate diagnostic images. Demonstrate an understanding of the scientific principles that form
the theoretical basis of radiography. To perform radiographic imaging examinations to a high standard at all times. To
assist the Consultant Radiologists with specialised fluoroscopic procedures and ultrasound examinations as required. To
be trained in cannulation, venepuncture and the administration of contrast media. Adhere to the standard operating
