About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 nurse to join the Learning Disability Inpatient Team.
Support is provide by a vibrant and welcoming team, along with opportunities to further your knowledge and experience
within the unit.
The post holder will promote equality for all service users in a standalone 7 bedded dynamic Assessment and Treatment
unit that offers high quality care & treatment for people with a learning disability. The post holder will assist with
initial assessment process, contributing to discharge planning at the point of entry, ensuring consistent application of
