About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Band 5 Sexual Health Nurse to join our Chester and West Chester Sexual
Health Service. This is apart time, 12-month fixed term role for 23 hours a week, which offers a unique opportunity to
provide free, confidential sexual health services to the local community across Cheshire West and Chester Council. As a
key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work to triage and support Sexual Health, Contraception and HIV
positive patients and coordinate care pathways with liaison across organisational boundaries. You will promote Sexual
Health and HIV education and offer advice and empathy with patients. We welcome applicants with a background in Sexual
