About the Role
The post holder will be a skilled member of the nursing team caring for patients. You will be expected to assess, plan,
deliver and evaluate a high standard of care to patients and their families, according to our world class values and in
accordance with agreed policies and within available resources. You will be required to supervise and teach junior
nursing staff as appropriate within the Renal and Urology outpatients unit.
As a member of the multidisciplinary team the post holder will contribute to the delivery of patients’ individual care
under the direction of the unit's manager and matron.
