Band 5 Staff Nurse/Assistant Home Manager - Bristol

About the Role

Number of staff responsibly for is 3 to 6 depending on staffing numbers needed for the shift. To carry out clinical

practice within designated clinical areas, ensuring that high quality evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning,

interventions and evaluations for children and young people is provided. To ensure delivery of high quality residential

service for disabled children detailed: National Minimum Care Standards of Childrens Homes. This will include:

Undertaking a comprehensive, children/person-centred, nursing assessment and prepare care plans in consultation with the

children/young people, their parents/carers and supporting professionals, to provide the best nursing care.
