Job Introduction
We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Nurses to join our friendly and welcoming Ward team based on our
Sapphire Ward at Gravesham Community Hospital, North Kent to help us to continue to change things for the better.
As a Ward Nurse, you will work collaboratively alongside our multi-disciplinary teams. We have 21 beds for patients
where you will be responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning delivery and evaluation of patient
care. You should be passionate about the rehabilitation of patients who have suffered from a stroke/neurological
