About the Role

The post holder will provide high quality assessment for patients referred into Solar, providing a key role in risk

assessment and management, formulation of need, information gathering, and offering advice and guidance to children and

young people directly and those who support them (parents/carers, family and professional support networks e.g school

nurses, teachers, social workers)

The post holder will manage a defined caseload and be a care co-ordinator within the service.

The post holder will work with partner agencies (statutory and third sector) to ensure a co-ordinated approach is had to
