Are you a passionate and experienced cardiac nurse, looking to make a real difference in patients’ recovery journeys? We

are seeking a dedicated cardiac rehabilitation Sister/Charge Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering high

quality, patient-centred care to individuals recovering from cardiac events.

As a Band 6 Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse you will:

Lead and coordinate cardiac rehabilitation programmes across inpatient, outpatient and community settings

Provide expert clinical assessment, education and support to patients and their families
