Are you a qualified mental health nurse, social worker, occupational therapist, or psychologist ready to make a real

difference in people’s lives? As a Band 6 Care Coordinator within Southwark Community Mental Health Services, you’ll

play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. This is your opportunity to lead care plans,

deliver targeted interventions, and help service users overcome barriers and build on their strengths.
