About the Role

Scope and Range As per the NMC Code, take operational responsibility for the day-to-day clinical management of the unit

and the safe running of the shift, ensuring mechanisms are in place to support, develop, and monitor all aspects of care

and service delivery. Take the role of Nurse in Charge on a rota basis as allocated. Oversee and deliver clinical

practice within designated clinical areas, ensuring that high-quality, evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning,

risk assessments, interventions, and evaluations for patients are provided. Act as an accountable, candid, and

responsible point of contact and facilitator for clinical quality, collaboratively responsible for reporting,
