About the Role
The Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) Service at the Royal Free is part of the national service within the UK. The service is
a designated treatment centre for PH by NHS England to diagnose, treat and monitor PH patients. As one of only eight
adult centres in the UK, patients with suspected PH are referred to the Trust from a wide geographical area. Once
diagnosed, the patients are treated with PH specific therapies which may be given orally, intravenously or inhaled.
The post holder will provide and facilitate the provision of high quality, autonomous, integrated nursing care to PH
patients, together with other members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT). They will be responsible for monitoring and
