About the Role

Clinical team leader on Shearwater Female Psychiatric intensive care unit and Sandpiper Female Acute Adult Mental Health

Ward -Supporting individuals who have a severe and enduring mental health illness, or with complex emotional needs

-Supporting individuals with risk management, whilst focusing on interventions to reduce risk- the empathise being on

using least restrictive practices where safe and appropriate -Leading the nursing team, and supporting other areas

within the unit -Undertaking audits, projects, and other tasks which focuses on professional development
