About the Role

Community Liaison Nurse - Admission Prevention Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Admission Prevention Team based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital for an

experienced nurse. The aim of the team is to triage and assess patients that come into the emergency department by

ambulance, with a view to preventing admission to hospital.

The post holder will work within the A&E department based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. The post holder will act

as an ambassador for Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust and play a key role in supporting at the front door of A&E in
