About the Role

The Community Mental Health Nurse role is suitable for Registered Nurses with a Mental HealthNursing qualification who

have successfully completed preceptorship and have registered as a practicesupervisor and/or assessor. You will need

strong clinical skills in mental health assessment, safetyassessment and safety planning in-depth understanding of

medication management and ability toprovide therapeutic interventions. You will be expected to operate within

legislative frameworks Mental Health Act 2007, The Mental Capacity Act 2005, The Care Act 2014 and other relevant

healthand social care legislation. The post holder will deliver or advise on outstanding nursing care that reflects the
