About the Role

Exciting opportunities have arisen following a review of provision of mental health services for older people at West

London NHS Trust. We are in the fortunate position of transforming and expanding our service to meet the needs of older

people with mental health needs.

We seek an experienced, committed, and enthusiastic nurse to join us as a band 6, working in the Specialist Older Adult

Mental Health (SOAMHS) community team. The team provides community-based treatment and care to people over the age of 70

who have functional mental ill health and who are in need of support due to the complex nature of their presentation.
