Band 6 Deputy ECT manager/Recovery Nurse

About the Role

A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will take a lead role in co-ordinating and organising as well as recruiting, screening, assessing,

implementing and evaluating patients and their treatment plans for ECT. The post holder will work as part of the ECT

nursing and wider multidisciplinary team contributing to the development and maintenance of ECTAS standards. The post

holder will support the lead Operation Departmental Practitioner/Nurse (ODP) in the recovery area of the ECT department

for a given group of patients within an identified framework and model of care. Act as a role model for junior staff in
