About the Role

This post is with Victoria team community nursing team based in South Birmingham . They cover 4 council wards in the

area . The post will require nursing interventions to be delivered to clients in their own homes. The post holder will

be expected to work multi professionally, support other team member’s roles and contribute to the future development of

the service.

Consideration will be given around the trusts flexible working policy with regards to shifts.
