About the Role

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Band 6 Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join the community Diabetes Service

within Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust Foundation (BCHC).

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of diabetes nursing. Specialist knowledge

will have been gained through previous substantial diabetes clinical experience, and the successful applicant will be

able to demonstrate evidence of educating patients and health care staff alike.

Working clinically you will be supported by a team of Senior Diabetes Specialist Nurses and Consultants to develop
