About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for registered professionals to join the Learning Disability Crisis Response and

Intensive Support Team as a Band 6 practitioner.

The team provides a service Monday- Sunday 8am-9pm including bank holidays.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to discuss flexible working pattern within these hours, weekends and

bank holidays are completed on a rotational basis.

With a caseload of your own and working within a specialist team of nurses, health care support workers, Occupational
