About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams (NMHTs), as they embark on further

development and support the roll-out of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs).

Our NMHTs are multi-disciplinary, locality based teams, each providing a service based around a number of Primary Care

Networks (PCNs). The teams bridge the gap between GP only mental health care and Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs),

providing increased access to services, a holistic view to mental health needs and intervention, and earlier prevention.
