About the Role

At BSMHFT, we are always seeking to improve the way we provide interventions and develop new clinical skills and

expertise. We are looking to recruit an experienced mental health Band 6 OT who is motivated, enthusiastic, able to work

to a high standard both autonomously and under supervision within our CMHT teams. The successful post holder will have a

keen interest in recovery orientated approaches, co-production and collaborative work with service users, families and

carers. As an OT team, we continue to develop and evolve whilst seeking ways to improve our pathway and clinical

practise in assessment, the use of Dialog +, sensory based assessments and multi agency working.
