About the Role

The Medical HSEP (Health Services for Elderly People) team, specialising in working with patients living with frailty,

is excited to be able to offer a Band 6 Occupational Therapy post.

You will be joining a friendly, well established integrated therapy service, working alongside experienced colleagues

and supported by experienced occupational therapists and physiotherapists as well as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner

in Frailty, and Clinical Lead therapist. The post will be based on the medical and HSEP wards, where you will be working

alongside cohesive, supportive and forward thinking multidisciplinary teams.
