About the Role
The successful candidate will also be expected to provide professional support to the Children’s Community Nursing
service and Rapid Response Teams. The Palliative Care Service works alongside other Specialist Nursing Services
including Children’s Complex Care and Special School Nursing teams. As part of the palliative care nursing team you will
participate in the on call to provide end of life care to the children and young people requiring it If you have a
passion for ensuring that CYP and their family are well supported at home during the palliative and terminal phase of
