An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our Neighbourhood Mental Health Team

working within the Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in west Birmingham.

Within BSMHFT our community mental health services are well-established and as part of the BSOL community transformation

programme, we are looking to increase our primary care teams with primary care practitioner roles. This is an exciting

opportunity to be at the heart of national change and developments in the delivery of community mental health care. The
