About the Role

Work in accordance with NMC Code of Professional Practice and Scope of Professional Practice. Professionally and legally

accountable and responsible for all activities. Work within the community (e.g. within clients own home) as a lone

practitioner managing situations of risk with telephone support. Seek support and advice with cases from more

experienced colleagues when faced with matters outside sphere of responsibility, knowledge or skills. To provide a calm

and supportive approach to the management and delivery of sensitive and complex information, providing both practical

and emotional support, utilising flexibility and empathy in difficult situations. Use effective communication techniques
