The care-coordinator position is an integral part of the Mental Health In-reach Team at Hindley Prison, which delivers

high-quality, evidence-based mental health care within the prison environment. Treatment is shaped through needs-driven

assessments, personalised care planning, and comprehensive risk management tailored to the prison population.

The team operates through a genuinely collaborative, multidisciplinary, and multiagency model, aiming to reduce distress

while promoting autonomy, partnership, and recovery.
