About the Role

Join the Community Nursing Team in Guernsey as a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse. You will provide individualized nursing care to patients in their homes, support less experienced nurses, and contribute to professional development. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of community patients.
• Act as a leader and role model for junior staff.
• Assess students and newly-qualified nurses.
• Deliver professional development for the nursing team.
• Drive to visit patients in their homes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
• Minimum two years post-registration experience.
• Experience in Primary Care or Community Nursing.
• Flexible approach to remote island challenges.
• Current driving licence required.

Compensation

The current Band 6 salary is up to £63,310, plus an annual bonus of £1,605 and higher penalty rates for evenings and weekends.

Location & Schedule

Located on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, the service operates from 07:30 to 18:00, seven days a week.
