About the Role
As a senior staff nurse you will be required to have well developed triage skills and experience coordinating different
areas of the emergency department including the resuscitation areas.
As well as an 6 bedded resuscitation area, our department has a co-located Urgent Care Centre, a children’s Emergency
Department, CDU and SDEC service.
We provide our own accredited emergence care course both adults and children’s. Adult nurses have the opportunity to
attend both courses. Both courses include level 1 trauma and can be taken at both degree and masters levels.
