About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder is responsible for the pre-operative nursing assessment (pre-assessment) of patients being prepared for
a variety of Ophthalmic procedures. They will provide a comprehensive nursing assessment including baseline outcome
measurements, ensuring that all necessary investigations and results are collated prior to the patient’s admission. They
will liaise with other members of the wider Surgical / Anaesthetic teams as required, regarding any issues, which may
