About the Role

• Act as a deputy in the absence of Nurse Team Managers, taking full responsibility for coordinating 24-hour nursing

care across the department to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.

• Assist the Manager with staff rostering, ensuring appropriate skill mix and coverage to meet clinical demands.

• Participate actively in RATTING, streaming, and triage processes to support patient flow and facilitate access to

appropriate care pathways.
