About the Role

The main duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Clinically practice as a leader,

co-ordinator and supervise the nursing practice. Be accountable for the direction of clinical delivery including

managing, motivating, supervising, and allocating resource and time to ensure optimum clinical delivery. Ensure maximum

optimisation of staff availability and clinical delivery. Ensure that every patient has their needs assessed and

programmes of care are designed to meet the needs of the patient and that care is delivered in line with established

policies and procedure. Encourage and promote innovative ways of working that are supportive and achieve the goals as
