Band 7 Clinical Coordinator - CYP | Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
About the Role
This role forms part of a newly established Clinical Co-ordination Function in Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL), aimed at
improving support for children and young people (CYP) with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism (LD/A).
The Clinical Co-ordinator will lead on coordinating care and support for CYP with LD/A at risk of hospital admission,
ensuring that pre-admission Care, Education and Treatment Reviews (CETRs) are completed in line with NHS England
guidance.
We have two roles available, one covering the Birmingham area, and one covering the Solihull area.
