About the Role

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North West London Urgent Community Response Single Point of

Access. Bringing together eight different Urgent Community Response services across eight boroughs to provide a swift

and reliable clinical advice and referrals service to our London Ambulance (LAS) and NHS 111 colleagues. This is an

exciting time as we trial an initiative to co-locate with LAS colleagues for mutual learning and to benefit service

users.

As a part of our team you will undertake a supportive triage role for referrals coming from 111, LAS crews with patients
