About the Role
Applications are invited from commited and experienced Diabetes Nurse Specialists to join the Service on the beautiful
Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
The Diabetes Service includes both adult and paediatric diabetologists, specialist nurses and dieticians and provides a
specialist service across the acute hospital and community.
Reporting to the Lead Diabetes CNS you will:
- work collaboratively with multi-professional teams in Primary Care, Secondary Care, in the community and in all care
