About the Role
Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for providing effective, Electrical & Engineering Estates Management services to the
Birmingham Community Health Care portfolio. Ensuring that the Trust operates within all relevant regulatory, advisory,
compliance, financial and service delivery frameworks. They shall co-ordinate the day-to-day planning and delivery of
Electrical and Mechanical operational and maintenance functions, primarily but not exclusively for engineering,
services, and buildings. This will involve the management of the in-house maintenance team and specialist contractors or
