About the Role

We are recruiting a Band 7 Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide advanced

assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for elective and trauma orthopaedic patients, including early mobilisation,

post‑operative progression, and discharge planning. You will work autonomously, using advanced reasoning to manage

complex cases and deliver evidence‑based interventions across hip, knee, shoulder, trauma, and spinal pathways.

Candidates must demonstrate confident orthopaedic decision‑making, with significant experience in acute trauma or

elective orthopaedics. Strong communication, leadership skills, and effective caseload management are essential, along
