About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Patient flow Manager to join the Royal Free Private

Patients Unit (PPU). This role is central to supporting safe, timely and effective flow across the PPU, working closely

with the nursing leadership team to ensure high standards of patient care and experience.

The postholder will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to oversee admissions, transfers and discharges

proactively managing capacity in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to influence day to day

patient flow, contribute to service improvement, and support the delivery of safe, responsive and patient-centres care
