An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Midwifery Education Team at BHRUT. We are looking to recruit a midwife for
the role of Recruitment and retention midwife, who is enthusiastic, motivated, clinically astute. As part of the
education team your responsibility will be to consider innovative and supportive methods for focusing upon retention
within the midwifery team. This role will be 50% clinical.
The aim of this role is to lead on and coordinaterecruitment and retention activities and the associated administration
