About the Role

This post is a great opportunity for an experienced clinical research practitioner (or equivalent) and line manager to

take a step into a leadership role and support the R&D Performance and Delivery Manager in delivering the NIHR clinical

trials portfolio. The post holder will provide leadership to the Research Delivery Team, supporting all staff in

delivering an allocated portfolio of studies to time and target; designing and supporting on strategies and systems for

attracting research to the Trust, increasing participant recruitment; and ensuring that studies meet the requirements of

the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) objectives. They will lead by example in managing and delivering a
