About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated nurse who is passionate about palliative and end of life care to

join the Children’s Specialist Palliative Care Team. Alongside the Clinical Lead you will play an active part in

clinical practice, education, research/auditand the implementation of national guidelines. The successful applicant will

work as part of a well-established dynamic team who provide specialist advice and support to children, young people and

their families and all members of the health care teams involved in the child/young person’s care.

The team consists of a specialist palliative care consultant, senior palliative care nurses, senior family
