About the Role

As the successful candidate your duties include but are not limited to Triage urgent care requests if required,

consulting with patients or directing them appropriately. Provide specialist advice and support to patients, their

families and other healthcare professionals following assessment, diagnosis and through treatment. Work autonomously

using enhanced or advanced levels of history taking and examination skills within multi-disciplinary team, guidelines

and protocols. Utilise clinical skills in assessment and/or formulate a diagnosis and/or treatment plan. Collect,

collate, evaluate and report information, maintaining accurate confidential patient records to a very high standard
