The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of

programmes of care with the multidisciplinary team and patients’ families.

Barnet Emergency Department is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Band 7 Emergency Department Nurse. The post

holder will be responsible for the supervision of nursing and support staff on a shift basis, as well as being in charge

of the department, ensuring quality and safety, high standards of patients care and ensuring patient flow throughout the

department. You will also lead a team of nurses and take responsibility for quality and safety initiatives in ED. This
