About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic CNS to work within the renal transplant setting at the royal free. The successful candidate

would be responsible for managing their own case load, working both autonomously and within the MDT and providing

excellent patient centred care. At experienced nurse within renal transplant, ideally they would be someone who is

confident in their abilities and also will to embrace new ideas and continue to learn.

Clinically the post holder would be responsible for ensuring best practice patient care, and providing professional and

clinical leadership. They would review the patients care communicating sensitive information and complex information to
