About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Cardiology Team at Royal Free London Trust in managing the cardiology

virtual wards. Our ambition is to develop a virtual ward model that is both ‘step up’ from primary and community care to

safely avoid hospital admission* and ‘step down’ from the hospital. This role would lead on the management of patients

using this platform and the governance supporting their care. The post-holder will be required to work autonomously in

delivering independent assessment for the patients on virtual wards
