A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hub manager for the BSMHFT Community Mental Health Team for Homeless People,

Homeless Health Exchange Primary Care Team and the NHSE funded Mental Health Outreach Team for Rough Sleepers.

All teams operate city wide to meet the needs of Homeless adults with enduring mental health problems and often

substance misuse issues who require significant engagement due to their chaotic lifestyle. The teams work in partnership

with other homeless commissioned statutory and third sector organisations for accommodation, housing and tenancy
